Dear Friends,

Thank you for taking a moment to learn about the work of Lanna Theological Center (LTC) and the vision behind the Impact Asia Foundation Endowment. For more than five decades, God has used LTC to train pastors, church planters, evangelists, and ministry leaders who now serve faithfully across northern Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia. Their stories—many of which you will encounter in these pages—are testimonies of God’s faithfulness and of what happens when the Church invests intentionally in leadership formation.

Leadership author John Maxwell has observed that “nothing is accomplished without leadership.” Scripture affirms this truth again and again. Throughout Scripture, God’s work advances through shepherds who are called, equipped, and sent. From Moses training Joshua to Jesus preparing His disciples, to Paul exhorting Timothy to entrust the gospel to faithful men who would also teach others, the pattern is clear. The health, growth, and mission of the Church depend upon well-trained leaders. Lanna Theological Center exists to serve this biblical calling—preparing men and women to shepherd God’s people, proclaim the gospel, and engage their communities with truth, compassion, and courage.

As you read this booklet, you will see that the impact of LTC reaches far beyond a single campus. Our alumni serve in village churches and urban congregations, among unreached people groups, in church-planting movements, in youth ministries, and in works of justice and restoration. They represent a diversity of people groups and callings, yet they share a common foundation: biblical training rooted in Scripture and shaped for faithful service in the Kingdom of God.

The Impact Asia Foundation Endowment was established to ensure this work continues for generations to come. An endowment is not merely a financial instrument; it is a commitment to the Church's future. It provides stability for leadership training, supports students who are called but lack resources, and enables LTC to pursue its mission without being hindered by uncertainty. Through this endowment, partners like you become part of a lasting legacy—one that strengthens the Church and advances the gospel long before and long after any one generation.
